Kelsey Murray, Ph.D, Evergreen Aquafarms

Dr. Kelsey Murray, CEO of Evergreen Aquafarms, is a biomedical and environmental engineer with a passion for sustainability and innovation. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and extensive experience in education, research, and entrepreneurship, she has led transformative projects in aquaponics, human health and the environment, and local food security.
Dr. Murray has held leadership roles in academic and nonprofit organizations, including developing and directing programs in environmental and controlled-environment agriculture. She has spearheaded initiatives such as the construction of geothermal greenhouses, sustainable agriculture training, and the integration of aquaponics into community education.
As a seasoned educator, Dr. Murray has developed and taught over 25 college courses, blending technical expertise with hands-on learning to empower students and professionals. Her work extends to corporate training, where she uses plants as a tool to foster workplace growth, and consulting services, offering sustainable solutions to businesses and communities.

Kevin Fulton, Clear Creek Land and Livestock, LLC

Kevin Fulton is a regenerative agriculture pioneer with decades of hands-on experience. Raised on his family’s ranch in central Nebraska, he began rotational grazing in 1972 with his father, launching a lifelong commitment to sustainable land stewardship. He is Owner, Manager, and CEO of Clear Creek Land and Livestock, LLC, located in the Loess Hills and Clear Creek Valley of central Nebraska.
Fulton speaks nationally—from New York to Los Angeles—sharing practical insights on sustainable agriculture and grass-based livestock systems with universities, agricultural organizations, and consumer audiences. He holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Kansas State University and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Colorado State University. He is featured in multiple books, including The Bond by Wayne Pacelle (a New York Times bestseller).
His certified-organic, holistically managed ranch integrates native rangeland, irrigated cropland, and biodiverse pastures, producing grass-finished cattle and sheep alongside organic corn, soybeans, cover crops, and hay. Visitors worldwide come to learn from his approach.
